Deep Dive Nutrition.

Take a 1:1 deep dive into your highly unique nutrition status. Together, we build a trusting relationship and work slowly toward long-term change with short-term, doable goals + transformational outcomes. Most dis-ease happens over years, so your healing journey takes time, too. We may meet either in person, or virtually.

In the first 90-minute initial assessment session we dive into assessment of your goals, health history, symptoms, supplements & medication, lab work, typical diet, lifestyle, and more. I create a personalized Care Plan (or “Trail Map”) to help you take the first steps on your journey, which we discuss in the second session (60 mins). The plan includes milestones to your healing, as well as initial recommendations for diet, lifestyle, mindset, and behavior change. For real change and lasting results, we meet for a minimum of 3-6 months and, often, longer.

Investment: $325 for initial assessment session + $300 monthly (2 sessions/month).

Supplement Makeover.

Frequently people stop me in the store or coffee shop to “pick my brain” about supplements.

While I wish supplementation were clear-cut, there are so many considerations and I simply cannot (and will not) make an on-the-spot recommendation. It’s my job to learn more about your unique needs and assess what’s going on in your life, medications, diagnoses, and more.

If you would like to discover which nutrients may help you right now to overcome 1-2 annoying symptoms, challenges, or specific health-related goals, then this 60-minute consultation is perfect! We create a “get started” action plan to address your most immediate needs, I recommend specific supplements via my online dispensary (at a lovely discount), and we follow up in 2 weeks with a 15-min phone call. This is an easy win on the path to wellness!

Investment: $250, not including lab tests or supplements.

That Jamie suggested testing for SIBO and found the cause of so much of my struggles is something I can never repay her for, but I will do my best to pay the caring and kindness forward. I continue to have energy and vitality and am slowly and steadily working to increase my stamina. It’s no exaggeration to say she gave me back my life.
