Will I benefit from a detox program?
Yes - our modern world is full of chemicals, toxicants, heavy metals, EMFs, detrimental self-talk, toxic relationships (and more!). Over time, our bodies become DEPLETED and DYSFUNCTIONAL as TOXIC OVERLOAD persists. Like sleeping well, moving our bodies often, and eating nourishing foods, detoxing a natural process that requires our attention, too.
How toxic are we, you ask? Every day, 92,000+ toxins are released into our air, water, and soil. The average American woman uses 16 beauty and household products daily. We take multiple medications, over-the-counter drugs and highly-concentrated supplements that often destroy the gut and immune system. Our industrialized nation touts nutrient-poor, conventional foods as “healthy” - and we eat them in excess. We consume few antioxidants from real food; we drink chemically-altered, contaminated water; we eat plant-based foods high in preservatives, additives, colorings, GMOs, and pesticides. Women are especially susceptible to the chemicals knows as “endocrine disruptors” which mimic hormones, affect hormone function, and contribute to dis-ease.
Often, toxic overload is a a primary contributor to FATIGUE and a root cause of ENERGY, GUT, HORMONE, MOOD, and SLEEP issues.

How is a detox different than a cleanse?
A “cleanse” typically offers juices and clean, nutrient-dense plant-based foods to support digestive organs, hydration, the lymphatic system, and elimination. Typically, cleanses omit processed foods, sugar, alcohol and other substances that strain the liver. As a result, we can feel lighter and refreshed. Note, some extreme cleanses can be harmful to certain individuals.
Even when a cleanse is beneficial, the underlying root cause of much dis-ease still persists: TOXINS. Many pesticides, chemicals and heavy metals are difficult to rid from the body - they cling to cells, block receptors so nutrients cannot get inside, and cause disruptions to otherwise normal hormonal, metabolic, nervous system and neurotransmitter function, to name just a few.
Therefore, this detox program supports all phases of liver detoxification pathways, with the main goal of releasing both water- and fat-soluble toxins, binding them, and eliminating them from the body with safety in mind. We also reduce overall toxic load with tools and tips to optimize nutrients, hydration, and elimination; personalize movement, sweating, and rest; improve energetics, emotions, relationships and mindset; and reduce toxins in the environment, personal care products, and lifestyle.

PRE-SCREENING. We assess every individual for medical conditions, allergies, gut imbalances, hormone concerns, and more.
COMMITMENT. I help with mental preparation, goal setting, meal planning, and step-by-step tools, videos, and check-ins to keep you accountable and on track each week.
FOOD & BOTANICALS. Several meal plans offer flexibility for different dietary needs - and I’ll guide you through recipe modifications, too. Botanicals include foods, yes, as well as other nutrients to support your adrenals, gut function, and detox pathways.
HERBS & BINDER. The herbs & binder sets the pace for the program, supports the liver and safe toxin elimination, and can be modified for individual needs.
PERSONALIZATION. You choose your areas of focus and desired outcomes; I support you every step of the way. I also offer 1:1 clarity consults during the last week of the program.
CONTENT. Weekly info is delivered via email and covers a specific topic that builds upon previous concepts.
SUPPORT. In collaboration with Nielsen Nutrition, we come together for 3 live calls (weeks 1, 2 and 3) and an online group chat. You share wins, challenges, and ask questions. We offer support in a safe, confidential space. For those who want more, participants may sign up for a 1:1 consult (30 mins) after the program ends.
EXTRAS: In 1:1 detox programs, you can choose to order lab tests, complete a gut healing before the detox herbs, and tailor supplements, functional foods, etc. for your unique needs.

Group program (5 weeks, offered 2x/year): $425 + $125 (herbs & binder)
Individual program (6 months): $3000 (includes up to $500 in supplements & lab tests + a copy of my book; all other fees are extra).
